When a coastal development team approached me with a promising piece of land but no clear identity for the project, I knew we could create something magical. Through a series of strategic sessions, we aligned the vision with the land, the community, and the long-term impact they wanted to create. What began as a conventional real estate concept evolved into a regenerative destination — integrating wellness, hospitality, and nature into a cohesive master plan designed for legacy.
Regenerative Development Vision
An owner of a few airbnb homes came to me burnt out and frustrated with the quality of their guest. Through our work together, we used the Stewardship model to transform his rental homes into a striving financial model with members that valued the property and loved returning for longer stays. He then focused on the regenerative initiatives of cleaning up the waterways that feed into his property and has over 20 new species of birds.
Stewardship Model
I was invited to speak to a community of investors and family offices. Rather than focusing on money tactics, the conversation centered on alignment, leading from purpose, building what matters and how to leave a legacy that you are proud of. The experience shifted the room from pressure and performance into clarity and vision — inspiring attendees to rethink how they build success from the inside out.

A hospitality group came to me with an ambitious wellness project but a fragmented strategy. Together we realigned the concept — bringing soul, strategy, and design into coherence.
