A coastal development team approached me with a promising piece of land but no clear identity for the project. Through a series of strategic sessions, we aligned the vision with the land, the community, and the long-term impact they wanted to create. What began as a conventional real estate concept evolved into a regenerative destination — integrating wellness, hospitality, and nature into a cohesive master plan designed for legacy.
Regenerative Development Vision
A founder at a major transition point in her career came to me feeling successful on paper but disconnected from her deeper purpose. Through our work together, she reconnected with her core values, clarified her next chapter, and redesigned both her business and lifestyle to reflect what truly mattered.
