It’s literally every detail of how you experience your life, from your subconscious narratives that dictate and shape behavior, health, relationships, and performance to the way your home looks and feels.

Think about it, every experience is filled with lots of subtle details but most people don’t pay attention to them. They are so focused on the macro/big picture. What When you start to recognize these subtiles as

Think about the last time you had a good experience. The vacation you took to the beach last year, a special occasion, like your wedding, how you got engaged, a big birthday, or buying a new home.

Now think of all the things that had to align for that experience to be what it was for you. You may or may not have realized but so many things had to happen for that experience to take place.

But why is that important?

Not only is experiential design helpful to live your most meaningful life, but research also shows when you experience something beautiful in your life, it also has a positive effect on the brain.
