- GET AT LEAST 8 HOURS OF SLEEP
- MEDITATE FOR 20 MINS
- CHECK IN WITH YOUR EMOTIONAL WELLBEING
- PRACTICE SELF-CARE
When you focus on making sure you check all six of these boxes on the daily, I promise you will be well on your way to holding your own well-being sacred. Plus, you’ll feel vibrant, healthy, and full of joyful energy to do whatever your day requires.
